Rita Wuebbeler is an international trainer and consultant conducting cultural awareness programs for groups and individuals geared towards building cross-cultural competency. She coaches global executives to help them maximize their leadership effectiveness, and works with global teams to establish a clear vision aligning with strategic objectives. Rita serves clients in a variety of industries including automotive, banking, electronics, energy, health care, high tech, legal and accounting services, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, plastics, and publishing. Her client list includes BMW Group, Commerzbank, DEKRA, Evonik, Kraiburg TPE, Grenzebach Corporation, Porsche Cars North America, Porsche Motorsport, Purdue Pharma, RandomHouse, RKW Danafilms, Inc., Siemens, Solvay Advanced Polymers, The Pampered Chef, UCB and the United States Pharmacopeia.
Rita regularly presents at international professional conferences on the topics of leadership development, cultural competency building, effective cross-cultural communication and organizational development, as well as in industry-specific subject matter. She has contributed to a number of collections of intercultural training activities, plays an active role in the Society for Intercultural Education, Training and Research (SIETAR), and is also a board member of the International Coach Federation, Georgia Chapter.
A native German with a Master’s Degree in Applied Linguistics from Mainz University, Rita spent the first two and a half decades of her life in Europe before moving to Atlanta, which she now calls home. She recently spent almost four years living and working in Canada, getting to know a new culture from scratch. Rita frequently travels to Europe for work and personal reasons and occasionally travels to Asia. As a result, she feels at home in many airports around the world.
