Founder and President, Jeremy Solomons & Associates
Jeremy Solomons is the UK-born founder/president of Jeremy Solomons & Associates. He provides customized coaching, facilitation and training in alliances and partnering, career development, conflict resolution, diversity and inclusion (both global and domestic), global leadership, globalizing organizations, interactive presentations, international meetings, multicultural teambuilding and strategic planning.
In the area of Global Diversity and Inclusion, he has done extensive work as an external consultant and facilitator for Royal Dutch Shell's Global Diversity Practice and People Services in the USA and Europe since early 2000. He has also consulted on D and I strategy and co-designed and -facilitated many interactive global D and I training sessions, most recently for 3M, Aerotek, Dell, Semiconductor Research Corp., Seton Healthcare Network, Sodexho and the University of Texas-Austin.
He co-founded the Society for Intercultural Education, Training and Research (SIETAR) USA and the Global Diversity Dialogue, which will hold its fifth meeting in Lille, France in May 2008. Jeremy has been employed as a full-time banker, educator and journalist in six multinational institutions: Citibank, JP Morgan, Lloyds Bank International, Reuters News Agency, United Press International and the World Bank. He has lived, studied and worked for extended periods in eight countries: France, Germany, Hong Kong (and China), Israel, Italy, Switzerland, the UK and the USA. He has also traveled and done business in some 40 countries around Asia, Europe and North America. Born in Manchester, England, Jeremy holds MA and BA Honors degrees in French from the University of Oxford.
