David Walsh is the founder and principal of the OpenMinds Diversity Management consultancy based in Dublin, Ireland. He has wide-ranging expertise and competencies in the area of diversity management, and has conducted research on the issue of diversity in policing, healthcare, and business in the Irish, European, and Asian contexts. David’s work includes coaching, lecturing, training, and consulting on diversity and cultural diversity for some of the world’s leading companies, including Novartis, PepsiCo, Northern Trust Bank, BNP Paribank, Abbot, Dell, IBM, Johnson & Johnson, and a range of other organizations throughout Ireland and Europe.
He is a current member, and a former board member, of SIETAR Europa (Society for Intercultural Education, Training and Research), and a fellow of the IMCA (Irish Management Consultants Association). David is a Licenced Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming, and is trained in the use of Appreciative Enquiry as a research methodology in managing differences.
