Bill is Managing Director of Access Asia Ltd. A specialist in Asian business strategy, he provides guidance and support for firms seeking to fast-track entry into Asian markets.

Born and raised in multicultural San Francisco, Bill is a psychologist, educator and consultant. He is former Director of Organization Development for Kaiser-Permanente Medical Care Program, senior consultant with Levi Strauss & Co., and Director of EJC Ltd., a career counseling firm. He has been active in the fields of organization development and intercultural training since 1969.

Bill has taught in the graduate program of international business at the University of California, the Executive MBA programme at Auckland University, and the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology. He was guest professor of Psychology at South China Normal University in Guangzhou in 1996.

A keen outdoorsman, Bill sailed his own yacht to New Zealand in 1975 and has conducted both land and water-based experiential training programs for managers in eight Pacific Rim countries. He has been a dual USA-New Zealand citizen for more than twenty years.
