Elisabeth Weingraber-Pircher

Elisabeth Weingraber-Pircher is an intercultural trainer, as well as an executive and expatriate coach. Her solid business background combined with her extensive personal expatriate experience benefit her corporate clients in the automotive, oil and gas, consumer goods, and public sectors. Her coaching and training supports clients to become more effective in today’s global environment by developing intercultural awareness and competence, enhancing cross-cultural communication skills, and accelerating personal development.

Elisabeth holds a business degree with a specialization in international management. She has also been an independent business consultant, started several successful local expatriate networks, and has a great passion for organizing tours and opportunities for expats and locals alike to engage deeply with local communities and their history.

Born and raised in Graz, Austria, she has since taken up a rather migratory lifestyle, but part of her heart and soul are still in Austria so she continues to return for work and fun. Elisabeth has also studied, worked, and/or lived in Brazil, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Italy, Switzerland, Thailand, the UAE, the UK, and the USA. She consults, coaches, presents, and trains in Austrian German, German, English, Italian, and Brazilian Portuguese.

Elisabeth is passionate about horse riding, where she learns a lot about communication not just between the rider and the horse. She loves reading, hiking, climbing, exploring new places and ideas, and having conversations. She and her husband are in the process of raising three boys, who share their love of travel and adventure.
