Founder and Principal, Invisible Culture, Inc.

Katherine King

Katherine King started her work as an Intercultural Management Consultant in 2000 while living in Singapore. Since then she has conducted seminars on crossing-cultures for Fortune 500 companies around the globe. Currently based in New York she is the founder of Invisible Culture, Inc. that provides Global Leadership Coaching and Training to employees and executives of multi-national corporations. She has lived in Australia, Singapore, China and Costa Rica and has worked throughout Asia and the North America across a broad range of industries including Aerodynamics, Finance, Technology, Manufacturing, Communications and Retail as well as a broad range of departments including Engineering, Finance, Human Resources, Sales, Supply Chain, Business Development and more.

Ms. King has her Master’s in Organizational Psychology and Development from Columbia University with a focus on how culture impacts organizations. She has received certificates in Spanish and French Language from Middlebury College, VT, USA; Chinese Language from Fudan University, Shanghai, China; and Intercultural Communications from The Institute of Intercultural Communications, OR, USA. She is a member SIETAR and writes regularly on culture related topics. In addition to her philanthropic work, she gives culture related talks in New York City where she lives with her husband and three sons.
