Perihan Ugeoz

Dr. Ügeôz holds a doctorate in Adult Education and Intercultural Education from Berlin Freie University, and has completed post-doctoral studies in Human Resource Management and Organisational Development from KLETT WBS in Berlin. She was an assistant professor for human resource management and intercultural communication at the Istanbul Commerce University, and lecturer for adult education at the Berlin Freie University.

Presently residing in Istanbul, Perihan works as a trainer and consultant. In addition to training and consulting in intercultural communication and management, she designs and delivers events in organisational development and human resource management, and develops and evaluates adult training concepts both for the private and public sectors. In addition to her business and educational endeavours, Perihan has published several international articles and books dealing with comparative educational policies as well as intercultural communication. She speaks German, Turkish, and English.
