Rob Pusch, Ph.D.
Associate Director of Instructional Services, Syracuse University Project Advance
After obtaining a Master's degree in chemistry, Rob switched fields and became an instructional designer specializing in the design and development of online courses as well as multimedia materials. Currently Rob oversees instructional design, development, research and evaluation activities at Syracuse University's Project Advance.
Rob, whose dissertation focused on transgender youth transitioning in college, is also actively involved in working with LGBT youth at the Q-Center in Syracuse, NY, USA. Rob's work at the Q-Center focuses on transgender youth, providing support and advocacy. As a consultant, Rob has also done workshops and presentations on transgender issues at universities, businesses, and even at one Veterans Administration Hospital.
