Alex Eunkyeong Yu, M.A., M.B.A.

Alex Eunkyeong Yu is an executive coach and global leadership consultant with primary areas of focus on global leadership development, culture change and transition, multicultural teambuilding, and communication. Her main goal in coaching is to enable the individuals and organizations to achieve their highest potential, both individually and collectively. Alex is experienced in exploring multi-faceted aspects of intricate issues, and encourages people to see the unseen by raising questions to many automatic responses. She works with clients to find the real levers behind the phenomena, and encourages them to transfer their best competences into different cultural contexts, including national and organizational cultures.

Alex holds BA and MA in English Literature from Ewha Woman's University in Seoul, and MBA in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management. In addition, she is a Professional Certified Coach, a Certified Professional Facilitator, accredited to administer Hogan Assessment, MBTI, DISC, Intercultural Readiness Check, and Dance Therapy Level 2. Her guest speaking appearances include the 2008 LG Electronics Global HR Forum and the 2006 Swiss Re Reinsurance Asia HR Conference. Alex is currently enrolled in the PhD program at Fielding Graduate University, studying Human and Organizational Development. She is fluent in Korean, English, and comfortable in Japanese.
