Kristine E. Menn

Kristine E. Menn, Founding Director of KEM Intercultural Global Group Ltd.™, is a dual citizen of the United States and Brazil with more than 25 years of experience working internationally. Kristine provides consulting, coaching, and training focusing on global leadership competencies development for multinational corporations, government entities, and professionals who live, travel, and work interculturally. She has provided consulting and training in various countries including: Brazil, China, Japan, Kuwait, Lithuania, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Taiwan, and the United States. Currently, as a volunteer, she furnishes intercultural communication trainings and cultural mentoring to help refugees adapt to living and working in Brazil and in the United States.

Born in Texas and educated in the United States and Spain, Kristine has called Brazil home since 1992. She holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management, and a Master of Arts in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages by World Learning SIT Graduate Institute. She has taught in the English and International Relations departments of the University of São Paulo in Brazil, as well as in its Executive MBA program. She is the author of the chapter “Doing Business with Brazilians,” in Managing Cultural Differences (Philip R. Harris and Robert T. Moran), and is a founding member of SIETAR Brasil.
