Patricia Coleman, M.B.A.

Patricia M. Coleman, founder and principal consultant of A-Z World Connections, Inc., specializes in international business, cross-cultural consulting, and diversity training. She has studied, taught, and conducted business internationally for over 20 years.

Patricia provides executive coaching, training, and seminar sessions for corporate teams working globally and virtually in international business. Her focus is on companies that want to enter international markets, reach diverse clientele, provide multicultural service excellence, or manage a diverse workforce in Europe, Africa, USA, Canada, Latin America, and the Caribbean.

Her professional work in the area of African-American culture includes a series of workshops, consulting projects, and speaking engagements focusing on ethnic identity pride and awareness in the work force and bi-racial families. Topics include: "Doing Business with Latinos and African Americans," "What Are You?" "Shades of Black in the Americas," and "Faces of Women Around the World."

Patricia was born in Paris, France, and relocated to Florida, USA 30 years ago, where she met her husband of African-American descent. She is blessed with two multi-cultural children who inherited a rich cultural background blending North American, European, and African roots. Patricia is multi-lingual and holds a BA in International Business and Modern Languages, and an MBA with concentration in International Business and Marketing.
