Drawing from her broad base of multicultural living and working experiences, Brenda Koller provides cross-cultural training services to international businesses, government agencies and health organizations. She was born and raised in Puerto Rico by a US American mother and a Puerto Rican father, and pursued her higher education in Michigan. As part of her professional development, Brenda lived in Germany for two and a half years working as a language instructor and intercultural trainer.

Over the past decade, Brenda has delivered cross-cultural programs to leading organizations in business, health care and education, including Bayer, Siemens, General Electric, Procter & Gamble, Hewlett-Packard, Abbott, Kraft Foods, General Motors, Johnson & Johnson, Occidental Petroleum, The ChildrenÔøΩs Hospital of Detroit, and Wayne State University. She speaks Spanish, English and intermediate German. Brenda holds an M.A. in intercultural relations and a B.A. in travel and tourism and Spanish. She is a certified trainer for the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) Guided Development™ and a member of the Society for Intercultural Education, Training and Research (SIETAR).
