Marcelo Priotti

Marcelo Priotti is an experienced and enthusiastic global consultant and facilitator. Since 1997 he has participated in a variety of OD projects and delivered training sessions in English, Portuguese, and Spanish both in virtual and face-to-face modes for 15,000+ employees at diverse leadership levels of multinational organizations located in 45+ countries around the globe. 

Marcelo enjoys helping teams, groups and individuals develop the awareness and competencies needed to conduct global business effectively and seamlessly across cultures. He is also experienced in assisting expatriates and their families thrive through their relocation stages.Topics of focus include intercultural communication, global leadership, inclusion & diversity, working in virtual teams, leading company culture, presentation skills, multinational team building, and other personal and team effectiveness subjects.

Marcelo has been a cultural country researcher and co-author for several intercultural learning tools on the market. Prior to moving into global training, Marcelo worked in the IT field, leading, amongst others, educational information system projects in the construction industry. Later on, he was a coordinating manager of SBAM, leading teams of multicultural professionals providing language translations and radio & TV broadcast communication services. He did volunteer work for AFS Intercultural Programs in the USA and then co-founded AFS in Rosario, Argentina, and led the intercultural hosting program and served as liaison/advisor for international students. He graduated with a degree in communication and journalism from UCU. Other studies and courses are: information systems analysis at UTN, Rosario; licensed in radio and tv broadcasting (ComFeR, Buenos Aires); certified GlobeSmart trainer; certified leading culture trainer (Walton Institute, NW Arkansas); ELE trainer (International House, Barcelona, Spain); coaching workshops (Ola Coach, Barcelona). He is a native of Rosario, Argentina.
